Are you getting what you expect from your employees in attitude and behavior? Are they constantly positioning for credit when things go well? Are they quick to pass blame when things do not? Do you get the performance and results you expect?
What if everyone in your company:
Knew the business’s mission and their role in creating success?
Knew the priorities of the company and worked with a sense of urgency?
Gave freely to obtain goals, and were not concerned with who got the credit?
Consistently obtained attainable results?
Valued everyone’s ideas?
Openly shared feedback?
Had fun at work?
